Neil has 9+ years of experience in Land Development projects, Subdivision design, infrastructure and non-infrastructural projects and survey design projects including legal descriptions. He has successfully delivered projects in United states, Asia Phasic, Middle East Regions.

 

His experience includes project management, engineering design, grading design, subdivision design, site and lot improvement design, SWMF (storm water facility management), and earthwork design calculations. He has successfully managed several subdivision design projects, parking lots projects from preliminary stage to construction stage plans including city approval. He has managed several complex grading design and earthwork design projects. He has involved himself for “Zero Rise certifications” projects for various cities in Florida states from River Mile calculation stage to Permitting process stage.

 

Neil’s core area of interest also includes Grading design, Parking lot design, pond design and wet utility network design. He has delivered many projects as a design engineer for grading calculations, sewer line workout, SWMF workouts and HEC RAS design for zero rise projects based on United states, Asia Phasic, Middle East Regions. He is also spent time preparing design standards and templates for BIM projects and as per various city standards. He is expert in set up the standardization / Implementation of Civil3D templates for CAD team & as well as design team as per the project requirements and county/city standards. He has developed catalogs and partbuilders for pressure network and gravity network as per the standards and requirements.
